A group of people carrying large, glowing blue fish-shaped lanterns through a crowd during a nighttime parade or festival. The lanterns, made from a translucent material and illuminated from within, are mounted on long poles and held aloft. In the background, a grand gothic-style building, likely a cathedral, is brightly lit, creating a dramatic and festive atmosphere. People in the crowd are seen watching and participating in the event.
